All residents are reminded to settle outstanding levy payments at the latest by April 30. Kindly make payment to the designated RA account.
All residents are encouraged to participate in our monthly Green & Clear clean-up. Gather at the zone entrance by 7:00 AM. Gloves and bags will be provided.
The zone is hosting a Children's Day party at the community playground. Fun, games, and refreshments for all children. Families are warmly invited.
Faulty street lights along Block 3 have been reported to LASPARK. Maintenance is scheduled for the week of April 28. Apologies for any inconvenience.
